OK so I have wanted to photograph winter fairies for, like, EVER!  And since my studio is still not camera ready I decided to take advantage of the real snow mother nature gave us this season and headed up to our best friends' "enchanted winter woodland" in New York.  I had packed up bags of wardrobe and props: some silver tutus, fun accesories, white wings and didn't even forget the silver and gold sparkles for face and lips.  Already way behind schedule and a half hour into our 2 hour trip we had to turn around because I did end up forgetting something.  My camera.  It wasn't funny.  I thought by now I would think it was but, no, still not funny.  Anyway the shoot ended up being SO much fun!  And my girls had just as much fun as I did - well, ok, maybe not JUST as much fun - they were freezing afer all.  But aren't they SO magical???  The desaturated treatment really makes it even more so - I love being creative!!!
