Princeton NJ Newborn Photographer - Who doesn't love a baby in a basket of yarn?

Ahhhhh, how do I love newborns?  Let me count the ways:

  • 1.  their sweet sweet scent
  • 2.  the softness of their skin
  • 3.  the feel of their hair on my cheek
  • 4.  those adorable sounds and tiny little cry
  • 5.  that teeny button nose, those little fingers and toes

Oh Ok so I could go on and on and on.  But I must say, my most favorite favorite part about newborns is just 'being' around them.  They are the closest we get to the angelic realm.  They are still just pure love and light.  The feeling of being so close to that sacred energy is sooooooo delicious.  I just breathe it in.  And when I am there, in someone's home, with their family and their newborn, I feel SO honored to be in that space.  I want to thank Jamie and James for inviting me to be a part of this special once in a lifetime moment!  I had such a wonderful day with you both and big sister Keava and of course your new bundle of love.  Jamie - thank you for collaborating and being so open to my creative ideas.  When I walked into your bedroom and saw floor to ceiling shelves of yarn, I just knew what we had to do :) And when I heard you say, "A big basket of hand dyed yarn and my new baby - 2 of my most favorite things!"  I knew we had a winning shot that you would appreciate forever!
