DAY 24 - 

Dear Purple Carrot, 

I was so surprised to find you in the fridge! (Dale usually gets the orange ones.)

Purple carrot, you are so very pretty and unique! As I peeled you, I loved watching your faded dry strips of skin fall away to reveal a velvety deep burgundy. And then when I cut you into sticks, I was absolutely delighted to see your vibrant yellow center! And last but certainly not least, when I finally bit into you, your sweet taste was fresher and more delicious than I even anticipated!

What a special treat you are beautiful yummy purple carrot!!!
